This article aims to discuss the central importance of dialogic communication in practice and experience the art of learning. The dialogic communication requires self-knowledge and takes place naturally and spontaneously in the integral formation of the human being and inclusion of independent variables and their slopes in the practice of knowing and learning. The paper presents the role of dialogic communication in breaking paradigms of truth where the sole and sovereign human being does not dialogue and presents his conception of a natural, social and democratic. The article is a qualitative and bibliographic guided by thoughts of the authors Paulo Freire (2011), Krishnamurti (1996) and Naomi Smith (2007), in which it was found that the relationship and dialogue foster a transdisciplinary and inclusive education which supports development of beings full human.
