Brazilian Digital TV – evolution and perspectives

This article aims to raise relevant information about Digital TV evolution in Brazil, reviewing 2007 – 2015 years through research papers, technical reports and references, studying the advances of the systems, government initiatives, free Television Channels and telecommunications groups for the implementation and improvement of the digital signal in Brazil ; we consider focusing on the system user and grants for Closed TV and the analog broadcast termination actions in the country.
