The present paper seeks to critically analyse the liberal discourses articulated by means of the argument of tolerance and multiculturalism as an affirmative policy to promote social and juridical recognition of gender identities. The aim is to propose an anti-predicative juridical practice through the deinstitutionalisation of affective relations in the legal order, letting free the compositions of the affections which are shaped by the indifferent production of infinite and multi-varied forms of life as a possible path to the emancipation of any and every form of domination over abject bodies.
