Reading Guimarães Rosa's novel gave rise to a writing that articulates, in this literary space and time, a homology with what emerges from psychoanalysis as lituraterra, in the traversal of an analysis where a tragic destiny and a new life are separated, as happens with Diadorim and Riobaldo. The impossibility of this conjunction only makes Diadorim's brilliance shine for Riobaldo, marking in this enigma of the body and feminine desire the place where the letter finds its root, its cause.
