Abstract

Starting from fragments where Clarice Lispector reflects on her writing process, we perceive that it does not seem to serve as a refuge for the author, making evident a form of writing surrounded by helplessness, allowing space for failure in writing. This article will seek, following the traces of her writing, to circumvent the proposal of a “writing in helplessness”, starting from the hypothesis that the act of writing, a written that produces a scripture, implies a certain condition of helplessness for those who face the challenge of writing.
