Freud, um judeu: sobre a não coincidência de si consigo mesmo

Abstract

This work aims to shed light on Sigmund Freud's deliberate framing of the spectrum of whiteness as one of the reasons for resistance to psychoanalysis and possibly hiding and/or neglecting the insistent presence of anti-Semitism. To this end, we used reports and reflections from Freud, as well as authors who address Judaism and anti-Semitism, especially those who debated these themes alongside psychoanalysis, which is the thread that weaves together the text. Decolonial authors have made it possible to observe that hegemonic discourse imposes itself in culture in such a way that even the most oppressed subjects tend to reproduce it unconsciously.
