Literature, psychoanalysis and methodology: reading-listening as a possibility of transmission

Abstract

This paper aims to propose reading-listening as a possible methodological path for psychoanalytic theoretical research in dialogue with the literature. We present the data collection and analysis tools, and the discussion of results. This interlocution enables the development of a research that involves aesthetics without losing its theoretical rigor. This focuses on describing the importance of the literary experience for the psychoanalytic experience. It is worth emphasizing its power to achieve the set objective and, thus, favoring the transmission and advancement through the word or what escapes it.
